Frank attended Public Schools in Mt. Vernon, N.Y. He enlisted in the US Navy in 1963. He also served in the US Army from 1967-1969, with a tour in West Germany as a member of The US Army Military Police Corp. Awarded the Good Conduct Medal in 1969.

Interest in Politics began early in the 1970's while still in NY, where Frank became a member of the Staff of NY Republican Whip, John D. Calandra. Served as Congressional Aid to US Representative Mario Biaggi, ranking member NY Delegation.

Service to Veterans Frank has worked for many years to address the needs of US Veterans particularly those from the Vietnam Era. He served as Director for Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 49, and as a Member of Release Foundation for POW/MIA’s as well as assisting other Veteran Service groups. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the National Vietnam Gulf War Veterans Coalition since 2006. Frank is also a life member with the DAV and Military Police Regimental Association.

Serving NH Today As a two-term State Representative, Frank has advocated a bi-partisan approach to assisting seniors, Veterans and those with other special needs. He serves on the House State, Federal Relations Veterans Affairs Committee, is active in numerous veterans groups, a Member of Release Foundation and a life member of the Military Police Regimental Association.

Frank is passionately dedicated to preserving and protecting the US Flag and all that it stands for. He has actively supported a bill that passed this year specifying proper displaying of the POW/MIA Flag flown along with the US Flag.

Frank has a voting attendance record of over 98%. Voting records and bills sponsorship is available at www.gencourt.state.nh.us Serving in the NH legislature has provided a unique perspective and understanding of how problems are created and how to best deal with them. Frank has been working on criminal justice issues especially focused on sentencing fairness.

In the Private Sector

Frank has worked extensively in transportation. Management to CDL operator, driving locally and cross-country. He was employed by the New Hampshire Department of Transportation and retired in 2005. Frank served six years on the Board of Directors for State Employees Association, SEIU Local 1984. He also chaired the ethics committee for four years. He was a small business owner in NY and New Mexico where he ran a pizza restaurant and pager business.

Frank is a train enthusiast both real and model. He is a staunch believer in expanding NH with a high-speed light rail system that will create new jobs.
